what you send us

the dealer application asks for your name, shop or business name, work email, city and state, and finish interest. phone number and message are optional. please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal information in your message.

application records

we store submitted information in a protected database for business follow-up and manual dealer review. visitors cannot browse these inquiry records. submitting an application does not create an approved dealer account.

to limit repeated submissions, we combine the request IP address and lowercase email into a hashed identifier stored with the inquiry. the raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record.

dealer accounts and checkout

Shopify processes dealer sign-in, company access, catalogs, checkout and order records. this site displays account information from Shopify and uses necessary sign-in cookies, including an encrypted session cookie, to maintain dealer access. information processed by Shopify is also subject to Shopify’s applicable privacy information.
